Reinforced concrete box elements are intended for a prefabricated culver and / or pumping shaft. They are produced in four dimensions, shaped as a square or rectangle. The box elements enable loading of element upon element. When making a box element for a shaft, it is possible to also produce an element with a bottom and a cover, which can be equipped with any version of the cast iron cover, with various load tolerances.
Reinforced concrete box element dimensions:
- 2000x2000x1000 mm, wall thickness 200mm (suitable for use in road traffic facilities)
- 2000x2000x1000 mm, wall thickness 300mm (suitable for use in railroad traffic facilities)
- 2000x1500x1000 mm, wall thickness 200mm
- 1500x1500x1000 mm, wall thickness 200mm
- 1000x1000x1000 mm, wall thickness 200mm
Reinforced concrete box elements can be used as:
REINFORCED CONCRETE BOX SHAFT
A reinforced concrete shaft, assembled from box elements, is used for pumping shafts, where a larger volume is required due to machinery in the shaft. In case of use of such box elements for a shaft, the basic box elements are equipped with a reinforced concrete shaft bottom with a thickness of 200mm.
REINFORCED CONCRETE BOX CULVER
A reinforced concrete culver is assembled from box elements and used for temporary or constant
