Concrete and RF pipes
The production of the pipe programme with vibration technique allows the manufacture of over 500 metres of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes daily.
Concrete and reinforced concrete pipes come equipped with an integrated rubber gasket, ensuring 100% water-tightness in the construction of comprehensive pipe systems. Pipes are made in compliance with the European standard SIST EN 1916:2003.
CONCRETE PIPES
Pipe diameter: 300mm – 600mm
Pipe length: 2500mm – from a diameter of 300mm to 400mm
Pipe length: 3000mm – from a diameter of 500mm to 600mm
Use: Appropriate for installation into surfaces that are not driven on, or channelling of streams.
REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPES
Pipe diameter: 300mm – 1200mm
Pipe length: 2500mm – from a diameter of 300mm to 400mm
Pipe length: 3000mm – from a diameter of 500mm to 1200mm
Use: Appropriate for installation into surfaces that are driven on, or other facilities under load.
INTEGRATED GASKET IN PIPES
Quality rubber gaskets, made of ethylene-propylene-dien gum (EPDM), are used for the production of pipes, suitable for pipe connections including shafts, which complement the pipe system and ensure 100% water-tightness of pipe systems. The gasket material is extremely adaptable, flexible, and resistant to usual loads of waste waters.
In the installation of pipe systems and element connections, it is necessary to cover the feather of the pipe or shaft with a lubrication soap, which enables easier installation and prevents potential gasket damage, thus ensuring water-tightness.

Our production programme also offers connection pipes, which enable easier connections of various elements (pipes/shafts) and the entire pipe system.
